On S-facing slope, overlooking Kilmacoo early ecclesiastical enclosure (13876). Two-storey rectangular structure (long axis E-W). Front elevation (S) of 5 bays, plate glass windows, ground-floor window opes slightly larger than those on first floor. Half-hipped roof with thatch which rises slightly over 1st-floor window opes; central door concealed behind porch. East elevation has central enlarged window ope with attic window immediately under eaves. Rear elevation of 6 bays, with modern porch.
