In ringfort (CO015-02101-). Bowman (1934, 630) noted that 'on the north-west, the rampart curves inwards, forming a circular enclosure, the diameter of which is 18 feet, the depth is about 6 feet. The opening to this enclosure is from the fosse, and is about 6 feet wide. This was evidently a souterrain'. No visible surface trace. Possibly refers to lime kiln which is shown on 1842 OS 6-inch map in NE [sic] bank of ringfort. Second souterrain (CO015-02103-) also in fort.
