Not shown on 1842 and 1904 OS 6-inch maps. Marked on 1936 OS 6-inch map as 'church (site of)'; recorded by OS Field Memoranda (1933), as 'a small enclosure...28ft long, 13ft wide, 1foot high and 2ft wide...composed of stones and earth'. In rough grazing on S-facing slope. According to local information, tradition of church here. Bowman (1934, 437) named it 'An Teampall...site of a church'. No visible surface trace remains. Hospital (14784) in same field a short distance to W; possible burial (11993) and stone row (9839) in adjoining field to E; burial ground (14138) c. 110m to E.
