In pasture, on W side of drain. Barely perceptible mound of burnt material (10m N-S; 12m E-W; H c. 0.1m). According to local information, circular mound (diam. 4.5m; H c. 0.5m) levelled in 1978. Second fulacht fiadh (10574) c. 130m to S. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 4: North Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2000).
