In Milford. Road bridge (Wth 7.05; long axis E-W), over River Deel. Random-rubble sandstone construction with limestone detail. Four semicircular arches, well-dressed voussoirs, prominent keystone on upstream (S) side; low pointed cutwaters. Limestone slab coping atop parapet. Bridge of 19th-century appearance. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 4: North Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2000).
