On a low rise, in gently undulating pasture with moderate views of the surrounding landscape to N and E, otherwise limited by woodland NE-ENE and hedgerows in the foreground to S and W. It is an oval area (21m N-S; 18m E-W) defined a low, yet well-formed scarp (Wth 1.5m; H 0.2m). There are no obvious signs of an entrance, but it may have been located where there is higher ground to NE. An external fosse (Wth 2m; D 0.1m) is present S-NW and NNE-ENE. The interior is sloping down gently to S and is grass covered. Enclosure (CL063-029----) is c. 180m to N in the same field.
