On the N bank of the Shannon estuary adjacent to Bush Island. Described by O’Sullivan (2001, 300) as a post medieval ‘large tick-shaped wooden fishtrap in estuarine clays at LWM, c. 50m N of Bush Island 2A, constructed to use the same shore fence. Flood fence oriented NW-SE, 47m long. Shore fence oriented N-S, 320m long. The enclosed angle is c. 40 degrees. July 2000.' (O'Sullivan 2001, 200-203, 300, Bush Island 2B)
