On the N bank of the Shannon estuary adjacent to Bunratty West townland. Described by O’Sullivan (2001, 299) as a post medieval ‘Post alignment (creek trap), oriented NE-SW, 8m long, crossing modern mudflat creek, 10m N of Bunratty 7. February 1997.' (O'Sullivan 2001, 198, 299, Bunratty 8)
