On the shore of Horse Island in the Fergus Estuary. Described by O’Sullivan et al. (2010) as follows: ‘A single stake lies about 150m south of the pier (Horse Island 10) on the eastern [side of the island]. It is located in the mudflats about 20m from the HWM. No other stakes were associated with it. It may have been used for tying nets to.’ (O’Sullivan et al. 2010, Appendix 1, 58, Horse Island 11)
