On a slight rise on a NW-facing slope. A circular grass-covered area (int. diam. 45m E-W; 42m N-S) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 9-10m; int. H 1.2-1.7m; ext. H 1.7-1.8m generally to 2.65m at N) and an outer flat-bottomed fosse (Wth of base 4.6-5m; ext. D 0.1-0.2m). There is no visible entrance, but the bank is damaged and the fosse obscured by this spoil at ENE (L c. 14m).
