According to Westropp (1902-04, 116-17), ‘Lewis’s Topographical Dictionary…mentions another [dolmen] lying on the hill of Tulla, of which I can find no trace, and which is not on the maps, though this, of course, disproves nothing’. In his account, Lewis (1837, vol. 2, 650) actually states, ‘On the hill of Tulla are the remains of an ancient abbey, and of a druidical altar’. Not visible at ground level. Not known of locally.
