What is recorded here

In the SW corner of an improved pasture field, on the upper edge of a gentle W-facing slope, c. 30m to SW of a modern house. A roughly circular area (c. 30m N-S; c. 29m E-W) defined by a low, denuded scarp where seen intermittently and otherwise obscured by briars and trees, having been fenced off and ungrazed for the last number of years (local information). The interior has a gentle W-facing slope and was covered in dense grasses. Briars and ferns were encroaching upon the interior and around the perimeter. The monument forms a field boundary with the improved pasture fields abutting to S and W. The following images have been uploaded: CL035-129----_01.jpg From S. General view of monument.
