On a W-facing slope, in improved pasture. Depicted and named ‘Liscullaun’ on the OS 25-inch map and the 1921 edition of the OS 6-inch map. An oval area (28m E-W; 18m N-S) defined by an intermittent, low profile bank (int. H 0.3m; ext. H 0.2m; Wth at top 0.5m; overall Wth 2.7m) NE-ENE and SE-S; scarp (Wth 1.2m; H 0.5m) NNW-N. Enclosing elements not seen at NW and S-SW due to impenetrable vegetation. Beech and thorn trees growing on top of the enclosing elements and some have been uprooted due to storm damage. There is a possible entrance at E, where there is no bank or scarp and the interior is level with the external ground surface. A fosse (overall Wth 2.9m; basal Wth 0.7m; D 0.15m) is evident SE-S only. The interior has a gentle W-facing slope and there is a dense clump of briars across the W-sector, which is growing into the centre of monument.
