On a generally level area of a gentle SW-facing slope, in improved pasture. Depicted as a large oval enclosure (c. 34m NW-SE; c. 30m NE-SW) on the 1840 OS 6-inch map and indicated on subsequent OS historic mapping. Not visible at ground level. The site of a megalithic structure (CL035-013002-) is located c. 5m to S and a standing stone (CL035-013003-) formerly stood c. 15m to SE.
