On display in Clare Museum, Ennis. A small carved stone head (H 0.2m) at the top of a limestone block (0.4m; 0.23m) originally from Glencolumbkille, Co. Clare. According to the label 'the closest parallels are found on stone carvings of the 8th and 9th century AD but the shape and flatness of the face bear some resemblance to earlier Iron Age carvings'.
