Situated at No. 2 High Street within Ennis historic Town (CL033-082----). A three-storey house over a basement, extensively rebuilt in 2005 and in commercial use with a traditional shopfront at ground-floor level. During rebuilding, the sidestones of a 17th-century window (stones cut and chamfered) were moved from a rear return and are on display within the shop on the ground floor. Vestiges of a former dormer window (a type known in other early houses in the town, see CL033-082015-) were noted in the attic. (RPS Ennis 2013, 79)
