Situated on the crest of the SW-facing slope. Listed as 'Enclosure' in the SMR (1992) and the RMP (1996). A circular area (diam. 35.7m WNW-ESE; 35m NNE-SSW) planted with mature deciduous trees, defined by an earthen bank (Wth 4.4-6.3m; int. H 0.6-1m S-N to 1.8m at E; ext. H 1.4m at NE to 2-2.5m generally), with external stone facing on the upper face of the bank WNW-ENE. There is no visible fosse, but the stone-lined entrance (Wth 1.4m) is at ESE.
