On the summit of a gorse-covered hill in pasture with good views in all directions. Hachured as a ringfort on the 1840 OS 6-inch map and partially hachured on the 1919 Cassini edition. Listed as ‘Enclosure’ in the SMR (1992) and the RMP (1996). Known locally as the site of a monument or fort. A scarp (H 0.45m) forming an arc (L 8m) is all that remains at ground level.
