On a knoll in undulating improved pasture. Not recorded on OS mapping but indicated on Robinson’s map of the Burren (1977). Listed as ‘Enclosure (possible)’ in the RMP (1996). This low (H 0.3-0.8m) subrectangular, flat-topped mound (base dims. 17m NNW-SSE; 13.4m WSW-ENE; upper surface dims. 15.6m NNW-SSE; 11.4m WSW-ENE) carries two smaller flat-topped mounds on its W (diam. 2.5m E-W; H 0.3m) and E (diam. 5.5m E-W; H 0.3m) edges. A bush grows on the E end of the mound and there are some loose field stones on its surface.
