On a S-facing slope in pasture overlooking the sea to the S. A tall, irregularly-shaped standing stone (H 1.8m) orientated N-S, reported to the National Monuments Service by Tom Moloney. The stone (Wth at base 0.8m; T 0.22-0.26m) narrows from mid-height (1m) to a sloped top rising to a fairly central point (Wth at top 0.37m). There are possible packing stones (overgrown with grass) at E and W and some other loose stones are scattered around the base. The stone is used as a scratching stone for cattle resulting in a slight hollow.
