In marshy pasture on a SSE-facing slope c. 55m W of the Knocknaskeagh River. Depicted as a subcircular enclosure named ‘sheepfold’ on the 1840 and 1916 OS 6-inch maps. Listed as ‘Enclosure’ in the RMP (1996). A cashel (23m SW-NE) defined by collapsed and grassed-over intermittently visible stone wall (Wth c. 4m; H 0.4m) surviving to one course high. The interior is flat with bedrock exposed in places. A more recent partly overgrown drystone wall (H 1.5-1.8m) has been built the inner edge of the cashel wall. Along the perimeter at the E are the remains of a small overgrown stone building, possibly a shed.
