On uneven, rocky and overgrown ground. Listed as ‘Fulacht fiadh’ in the RMP (1996), on the basis of a map annotation (‘small fulacht fia’) by Tom Coffey (SMR file). No visible remains were found on an inspection in 1999, just several earthen irregularities and loose piles of stones and nothing of apparent archaeological significance.

The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
The map shows the centre of the officially named townland area, not the monument. The government record does not identify the exact monument point.
