On the steep NW slope of a ridge which is partly overgrown with hazel, but offers wide views out W-N-E. Listed as ‘Cist’ in the RMP (1996), on the basis of information from Tom Coffey, who also described it as ‘Cairn’ (1994, SMR file). Unlocated in an inspection of the area in 1999.
