On the steep NW slope of a ridge in rough pasture, with wide views SW-N-NE. Listed as ‘Cairn’ in the RMP (1996), on the basis of information from Tom Coffey who also described it as ‘Grave’ (1994, SMR file). The monument was not located in an inspection of the area in 1999.
