In pasture with a small area of quarrying immediately to the NW and a modern cairn just to the NNE. Indicated on a Geological Survey of Ireland map. Listed as ‘Earthwork (possible)’ in the RMP (1996). This grass-covered subcircular cairn (diam. 10m; H 0.5-1.1m) has two slight hollows in it: a subcircular one (diam. 1.4m; D 0.5m) on the N side, and a slighter oval hollow on the S side. Protruding up from the centre of the cairn is a stone slab (L 0.7m; H 0.3m; T 0.1m) set on edge, aligned NW-SE. This may be part of a cist. Another cairn (CL010-097002-) lies c. 35m to the NNE, and there is another (CL010-097003-) c. 33m to the SW.
