On a gentle S-facing slope on a limestone plateau within an extensive field system (CL009-032001-). A subcircular cashel (c. 20m N-S; c. 28m E-W) defined by a grassed-over stone wall reported to the National Monuments Service by Conn Herriott. A contemporary wall extends from the cashel at SE.
