In the SE quadrant of Caherwalsh cashel (CL009-059045-), within a large multiperiod field system (CL009-059001-). Indicated on the 1916 OS 6-inch map. A possible house site, just E of centre, defined by a small rectangular depression (3.8m E-W; 2.8m N-S). A mound of stone lies close to the depression. A larger house (CL009-059123-) lies c. 9m to the W and possible smaller house sites (CL009-272---- and CL009-273----) abut the W wall and the NW corner. Four D-shaped structures (CL009-274---- to CL009-277----) are built against the inner face of the cashel wall, two at NE and two at SE.
