Situated at the SW extent of a settlement cluster (CL009-167----). This rectangular house (int. dims. 7m E-W; 2.6m N-S) of indeterminate date is defined by grass-covered stone walls. There is a small enclosed area (c. 12m E-W; c. 6m N-S) immediately to the W, which is abutted on the N by a similar walled space (c. 12m E-W; c. 2m N-S).
The medieval church of Noughaval (CL009-059023-) lies c. 137m to the NE, within a graveyard (CL009-059024-). A 16th/17th-century house (CL009-167007-) lies c. 137m to the ENE. There is an enclosure (CL009-278----) c. 139m to the SE.
