Situated in the SW of a settlement cluster (CL009-167----). This heavily overgrown rectangular house (est. c. 10.5m E-W; c. 6m N-S) of indeterminate date is defined by grass-covered stone walls.
The medieval church of Noughaval (CL009-059023-) lies c. 137m to the NE, within a graveyard (CL009-059024-). A 16th/17th-century house (CL009-167007-) lies c. 146m to the ENE.
