Situated within a settlement cluster (CL009-167----). This rectangular house (int. dims. 5.45m WNW-ESE; 3.6m NNE-SSW, ext. dims. 8.9m WNW-ESE; 5.1m NNE-SSW) of indeterminate date is defined by grass-covered stone walls (max. H 0.8m), with an entrance (Wth 0.9m) in the S wall.
The medieval church of Noughaval (CL009-059023-) lies c. 50m to the N, within a graveyard (CL009-059024-). A 16th/17th-century house (CL009-167007-) lies c. 40m to the ESE.
