Near the W edge of a plateau, in rough pasture within a multiperiod field system (CL009-084001-). Listed as ‘Burial mound’ in the RMP (1996). This poorly preserved hut site survives as a low flat-topped rubble mound (dims. of top 5.3m E-W; 5.05m N-S; dims. of base 8.8m E-W; 8.4m N-S; H 0.6-0.8m), in which an arc of curving inner wall-face (L 4.5m; max. H 1.2m) is visible at between NW and ENE. There may be corbelling in the upper courses of the wall, although this is unclear. A cashel (CL009-084020-) les c. 38m to the WSW.
