Situated c. 11m to the ENE of a cashel (CL009-59064-). Possibly indicated on the 1842 ed. of the OS 6-inch map. This rectangular house (int. dims. 6.3m E-W; 5.3m N-S) is defined by denuded and partly grass-covered walls (max. H 1.2m; Wth 0.7-0.8m), apart from the W wall which does not survive. There is a considerable quantity of stone rubble around it. The N wall has clear outer and inner faces. An external projection (int. dims. 2.55m N-S; 0.8m E-W) in the E wall is probably for a fireplace. This is the central house in a group of three adjacent houses (see also CL009-059108- and CL009-059110-) arranged in a roughly N-S line outside the entrance of the cashel. They are possibly associated with the tower house (CL009-059065-) which stands in its S sector.
