What is recorded here

Situated on a gentle S-facing slope c. 250m SE of Poulawack cairn (CL009-032010-). Listed as ‘Enclosure’ in the RMP (1996). An enclosure was noted on an OS 6-inch map at this location in 1994 (pers. comm. T. Coffey, SMR file). This is a small circular enclosure (diam. c. 12m) defined by a drystone wall of modern construction. The map notation may have intended to indicate the rectangular cashel (CL009-032011-) c. 60m to the S. Compiled by: Mary Tunney Date of upload: 23 February 2016
