Situated along the NW perimeter of an enclosure (CL008--147----) and within the N extent of a cashel (CL008-130001-). This souterrain (L 11m; Wth 1.6m) curves NE-SW, its extent indicated by a series of nine parallel limestone roof-lintels visible on the surface. The underlying drystone walls (D 0.7m) are visible in gaps between the lintels. Another enclosure (CL008-130003-) lies c. 11m to the SW within the larger cashel.
