In rough pastureland with outcropping limestone, within an extensive multiperiod field system (CL008-109001-). This subcircular cashel (int. dims. 15.8m E-W; 15.5m N-S) is defined by a low collapsed stone wall (Wth 1.9-2.5m; int. H 0.35-0.55m; ext. H 0.25-0.45m). Several upright stone slabs set along the inner edge of the wall at the NE and SSW may be the remains of an inner wall-face. Collapsed field walls radiate from the cashel perimeter.
