On a S-facing slope at the S end of Slievecarran and within a field system (CL006-042001-) extending all over the plateau. An irregular subrectangular enclosure (c. 50m E-W; c. 37m N-S) defined by mound walls. Visible on Digital Globe (2011-2013) and OSi Aerial Premium (2012-2018) orthophotographs. Mound walls extend off the NW and SW corners and another enclosure (CL006-244----) is attached at E.
