Situated in the Coolnatullagh valley on the lower slopes of Gortaclare Mountain. A circular enclosure (diam. c. 80m) forming part of one of three prehistoric ‘farmsteads’ in the valley (see also CL006-098002- and CL006-146----). At SW internal and external stone facing is apparent. A large field defined by mound walls is attached to the S and the mound walls in this area are part of a large field system (CL006-042001-)covering Gortaclare Mountain. A modern enclosure overlies the prehistoric enclosure. A separate small enclosure (CL006-145----) lies c. 110m to the E. Small cairns are located to the S, E and N of the farm.
