On a moderately steep overgrown E-facing slope, overlooking improved pastureland to E and a children’s burial ground (CL006-066----) c. 250m to ENE. Listed as ‘Enclosure’ in the SMR (1992) and the RMP (1996). Hachured on the 1842 and 1915 eds. of the OS 6-inch maps.
A very poorly preserved oval cashel (int. dims. 32m E–W; 29m N–S) defined by a moss-covered tumbled stone spread (Wth 1.9–3.7m; H 0.4–0.9m) with no obvious trace of an original entrance or facing-stones.
