On improved and extensively cleared pasture at the sheltered S foot of a low ridge which rises up to W and N. Indicated and named ‘Killcassaun (Site of)’ on the 1915 ed. of the OS 6-inch map and as ‘Cill an Chasáin’ on Robinson’s map ([1977] 1999). Not visible at ground level. A possible souterrain (CL006-053002-) is located c. 50m SE.
