In elevated rocky pasture, overlooking Glensleade valley to the E, and within an extensive multiperiod field system (CL009-225----). Listed as ‘Cemetery cairn’ in the RMP (1996). A grass-covered cairn (10.9m N-S; 10.2m E-W), highest to the E (H 1.2m) and falling to the S (H 0.3m). There is a slight dip in the summit of the monument (diam. 2.2m; D 0.3m). No structural stone elements are visible. A drystone field wall partially overlies the cairn. A cairn (CL005-191----) with a cist (CL005-191002-) is located c. 90m to the N and an enclosure (CL005-294----) lies c. 35m to the SE.   Compiled by: Mary Tunney and Eve Campbell   Date of upload: 14 October 2025
