In improved pasture on a W-facing slope with damp ground to the W. Noted by Tom Coffey (1994) as a 'mound of a destroyed wedge or other megalithic structure' (SMR file) and listed as ‘Megalithic Structure’ in the RMP (1996). On inspection in 1998 this was found to be a small subcircular stone and earth mound (3.8m N-S; 5m E-W; H 0.4-0.6m), possibly a fulacht fia.
