On a shelf in rocky pasture on the lower SE slopes of Cappanawalla. Marked as a fulacht fia on Tom Coffey’s annotated SMR map (1994) and Tim Robinson’s map of the Burren (1999). Listed as a fulacht fia in the RMP (1996). An oval grass-covered stone and earth mound (4m NNW-SSE; 2m NE-SW) highest at the SSW (H 0.8m) lowering to the NNW (0.2m). There are no traces of burnt stone or other indications that this is a fulacht fia.
