In the centre of a cashel (CL005-160010-) in elevated rocky pasture with clear views over lower ground to SW and W. Within a multiperiod field system (CL005-160001-). A souterrain aligned N-S, comprising a passage, visible as a linear hollow (L 2.3m; Wth 0.9m; D 0.6m), leading S to a circular depression (diam. 3m; D 0.5m) representing the remains of a collapsed chamber. The N section (L 1.4m) of the passage is roofed by single stone lintel.
