In elevated pasture overlooking a deep ravine to the NW, with commanding views, especially to the W. Within an extensive field system (CL005-160001-). A fulacht fia comprising an irregularly shaped mound of burnt stone orientated NNE-SSW (L 17m; Wth 10m; H 1-1.7m) and decreasing in height from S to N. The stone-lined trough sits within a slight hollow in the SW of the mound. The trough (L 2m; Wth 1.8m) is orientated NNE-SSW and consists of four slabs (max. H 0.15m). A later field wall overlies the E part of the monument.
