On a slightly raised area of rough pasture, with views from W to ESE within a multiperiod field system (CL009-255----). Hachured on the 1842 ed. of the 6-inch OS map and indicated on the 1916 ed. A rectangular enclosure (31m N-S; 21.5m E-W) defined by a stone bank (Wth 2.5-4m; H 0.6-1m) on top of which a more modern wall has been built. The entrance to Christy’s Cave (CL005-229----) is located c. 70m to the E.
