On a S-facing slope near the NW edge of a turlough in improved pasture. Hachured on the 1916 ed. of the OS 6-inch map. A very heavily overgrown rath, so densely overgrown that inspection in 1998 did not manage to obtain overall dimensions. The enclosing element was accessible at N and comprised a bank (Wth 3m; H 0.8m) with a platform or berm (Wth 2m; H 0.9m) against its exterior. From aerial and satellite imagery it would appear to be c. 25m in diameter.
