What is recorded here

Situated on flat ground on the W slopes of a ridge with commanding views SW to N. Listed as ‘Enclosure’ in the SMR (1992) and the RMP (1996). On inspection in 1998 this was found to be an oval area (diam. 57m NE-SW; 30m NW-SE) defined by a modern drystone wall (T 0.5m) except from ESE to S where the area is defined by natural outcropping rock. Some possible wall-facing is evident at NW and N. Compiled by: Mary Tunney Date of upload: 14 January 2016
