Situated c. 30m E of the abbey buildings at Corcomroe (CL003-029002-) and indicated on the 1915 OS 6-inch map. A rectangular building (10m NE-SW; 5.2m NW-SE) with a very overgrown mortared wall (Wth 0.7m; H 0.7m). A grassed-over wall line extends NW (L 7.7m; Wth 0.9m; H 0.8m) from close to the NW side wall of the building. A second building of similar size (orientated roughly E-W) c. 6m to the E is shown only on the OS 1st edition map. The function of these buildings and their relationship to the abbey is uncertain.
