On level pastureland just S of a storm beach and c. 50m NE of Gleninagh tower house (CL002-007001-). Hachured on the 1915 OS 6-inch map. A well-preserved classic horseshoe-shaped mound (24.8 NE–SW x 23.8m; av. H 1.8m; max. H 2.6m to WNW) of small burnt friable stone. The trough area (c. 9m NE-SW x 4m) opens to the SW. A small limekiln is built into the N side of the monument. Two further possible fulachtaí fia (CL002-007005- and CL002-007006-) are located c. 60m to W and 60m to SW respectively.
