Detached three-bay two-storey house, extant 1909, on an L-shaped plan with single-bay two-storey gabled projecting end bay. Pitched terracotta tile roof on an L-shaped plan with terracotta ridge tiles, red brick Running bond chimney stacks having stringcourses below corbelled stepped capping supporting louvered terracotta pots, chamfered timber bargeboards to gables on timber purlins, and cast-iron rainwater goods on exposed timber rafters retaining cast-iron downpipes. Red brick Flemish bond walls (ground floor) on chamfered plinth; roughcast surface finish (first floor) with terracotta tile surface finish to gables. Square-headed central door opening. Square-headed window openings (ground floor) with cut-granite sills, and red brick voussoirs framing six-over-one timber sash windows. Square-headed window openings (first floor) with cut-granite sills, and concealed dressings framing six-over-one timber sash windows. Set in landscaped grounds with cut-granite tapered piers to perimeter having "Cavetto"-detailed stringcourses below capping supporting cast-iron double gates.
